Sugar and cocoa, then add shortening.
Beat in one egg at a time.
Add vanilla, flour, salt and nuts.
Bake in a jelly roll pan, 17 x 11-inch, at 350Β° for 18 minutes.
Remove from oven and cover with a 10 1/2 ounce package of miniature marshmallows. Bake more minutes longer.
Cool and frost.
