Frosted Lemon Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. lemon yogurt, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix, 1 c. flaked coconut and 1 (8 oz.) can partially drained pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix in bowl until smooth.
Stir in coconut and pineapple.
