Frosted Creams
Frosted Creams is an impressive dinner you can prepare in just 40 minutes. Made with c. brown sugar, c. crisco, eggs, beaten, c. molasses and c. instant coffee (hot water from tap), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Beat eggs and add sugar, shortening, molasses and coffee. Beat. Add other dry ingredients and spread in large cookie sheet, 1/2-inches thick, and bake for 18 to 20 minutes (toothpick test) at 375Β°.
When cooled, frost with vanilla icing (powdered sugar and milk to consistency).
