Frosted Cranberry Salad
Frosted Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 (3 oz.) lemon jell-o, 1 (7 oz.) ginger ale, 2 c. jellied cranberry sauce and 1 (2 oz.) pkg. dessert topping or cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drain pineapple (save syrup).
Add water to make 1 cup.
Heat to boiling; dissolve Jell-O in hot liquid.
Gently stir in ginger ale.
Chill until partially set.
Blend fruits; fold into gelatin and chill.
Blend cheese with topping.
Put on top.
Toast pecans in 1 tablespoon butter.
Spread on top.
Chill.
