Frosted Cauliflower
Frosted Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cauliflower, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. prepared mustard, 1 c. (4 oz.) grated cheddar cheese and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Wash cauliflower, remove leaves and cut out core.
Cook, covered, in boiling, salted water for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Place cauliflower in a shallow ungreased baking pan.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard; spread over cauliflower. Bake at 375Β° for 5 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika; garnish with tomato wedges, if desired.
