Frosted Blueberry Salad
Frosted Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry, blueberry or blackberry jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Drain blueberries and pineapple.
Measuring liquid, add enough water to make 1 cup and add to jello mixture. Chill until jello becomes jelly. Fold in blueberries and pineapple.
Pour into long dish and chill until firm.
