Frosia
Frosia is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 44 minutes. Made with c. fresh basil leaves*, to 8 eggs, c. italian bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash and dry basil leaves.
Stack leaves and chop finely. Crack eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork.
Add the basil, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and stir to mix.
Let set a few minutes and, if mixture appears dry, add 1 or 2 more eggs. Mixture needs to be consistency of heavy pancake batter.
