Frontier Nut Bread
Frontier Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. bisquick baking mix, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 3/4 tsp. anise extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Blend baking mix, sugar, eggs and milk in large mixer bowl on low speed for 1/2 minute, scraping bowl frequently.
Beat 3 minutes on medium speed.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan.
Cool thoroughly before serving.
