Frogmore Stew
Frogmore Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. shrimp boil (old bay seasoning), 3 tbsp. salt, 1 1/2 gal. water, 2 lb. kielbasa polish sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces and 12 ears fresh or frozen corn (3 to 4-inch pieces), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large stockpot, add seasonings to water.
Bring to a boil. Add sausage and boil, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Add corn; count 5 minutes.
Add shrimp; count 3 minutes.
(Don't wait for liquid to return to a boil before timing corn and shrimp.)
Drain immediately and serve.
Serve with cocktail sauce, sweet and sour mustard or hot mustard.
