Frittata
Frittata is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 italian sausages, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced and 1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, chopped and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Remove casings from sausage and brown in olive oil in skillet. Break up sausage.
Drain and reserve.
Saute onions and mushrooms.
Add drained, chopped spinach and saute 1 minute more. Remove and combine with sausage.
Butter 9-inch square pan. Combine next 6 ingredients.
Mix well with vegetable sausage mixture.
Pour into pan and top with remaining cheeses.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
