Fritata
Fritata is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with jars marinated artichoke hearts, small onion, chopped, garlic, mashed, eggs and c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Drain juice from one artichoke jar into frying pan.
Chop both jars of artichokes and set aside.
Saute onion and garlic in frying pan of marinade.
Beat eggs.
Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and Tabasco.
Stir in cheese, parsley and artichokes.
Add onion mixture.
Put in 7 x 11-inch greased pan. Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
