Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 diced green pepper, 1 medium diced onion, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and 1/2 lb. little smokie sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In 10-inch frypan, saute green pepper and onion in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Add mushrooms and saute until they are hot.
Add Little Smokies and stir until heated thoroughly.
Add alternately the rice and a small amount of soy sauce.
Stir until thoroughly heated.
Serve hot.
