Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. margarine, 1 large onion, cut in large pieces, 1 green pepper, cut in large pieces, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained and 1 c. uncle ben's converted, long grain rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute margarine, onion, pepper and mushrooms together.
Place in 2-quart casserole.
Add 1 cup uncooked long grain rice, seasoning and broth powder, Gravy Master and water/mushroom liquid.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
