Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with rice, 2 to 3 tbsp. pompeian olive oil, 2 c. diced chicken, beef or pork, accent and 6 green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook rice and set aside.
In hot wok put olive oil and meat. Shake on
Accent stir-fry until done and lightly browned. Add rest ingredients and season to taste.
Add rice and soy sauce as as desired and toss.
One may add cornstarch thickening desired.
Vegetables should be hot through and crunchy.
Use Pompeian olive oil.
