Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 2 c. water, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. thinly sliced beef and 1/2 c. chopped shrimp, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook rice with water until fluffy.
In a separate frying pan; fry eggs flat, then cut them into tiny strips.
Remove from pan. Add remaining ingredients to pan and saute a few minutes.
Then add rice and eggs into mixture and season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Mix thoroughly.
