Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 2 c. water, 1/4 c. oil, 1 egg and 1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook rice in water.
In preheated frypan, cook oil (less oil if you have a nonstick pan).
Break egg in cup; beat with fork. Pour into warm oil; keep stirring until egg is stringy.
Cook about 1 minute.
Add cooked rice, green onions and tops and soy sauce.
