Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white rice, 2 1/2 c. water, 1 c. celery, diced, 1 c. onions, diced and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook rice in water.
Fry celery (remove when done).
In same frypan, fry onions (remove when done).
In same frypan, brown meat (remove when done).
In same frypan, scramble eggs.
Mix all together with rice and use soy sauce to taste.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes; mix through while baking.
