Heat small pan; add 1 tablespoon oil and dry scramble the eggs.
Remove and set aside.
Heat wok; add 3 tablespoons oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Add soy; mix.
Add eggs, cut into small strips or pieces.
Add peas.
