Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 2 to 3 green onions, sliced thin, 2 to 3 ribs celery, chopped very fine, 2 eggs, scrambled and 1/2 small size can spam, diced small, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fry bacon until crisp.
Place on paper towels to drain.
In bacon grease, saute the green onions, celery and Spam.
When crisp-tender, add the cooked rice, scrambled eggs and crumbled bacon.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add soy sauce to taste.
