Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1/4 c. chopped green onions, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 3 c. cold, cooked rice and 3 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large skillet, heat oil; saute green onions until tender. Stir in rice and soy sauce.
Cook over low heat 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork.
Push rice mixture to side of skillet; stir in eggs and pepper.
Cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in peas.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve with additional soy sauce, if desired.
