Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/4 c. vegetable oil and 2 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute the onion, celery and green pepper in a large skillet or wok.
Cook and stir until the onion is tender, about 3 minutes, using medium-high heat.
