Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large green pepper, chopped, 6 slices bacon, crumbled, 3 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 1/2 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry bacon crisp in large skillet.
Pour off drippings.
Cover bottom of skillet with oil.
Saute pepper and onion just until tender.
Meanwhile, cook rice according to directions.
Pour rice over onion and pepper.
Add crumbled bacon and soy sauce.
Stir slightly to mix.
You can add cabbage, carrots, ham, chicken or hamburger meat.
