Fried Chicken
Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. paprika, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 broiler fryer chicken, cut in serving pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine flour, Accent, salt, paprika and pepper.
Roll chicken pieces in seasoned flour.
Heat oil, 1/2 inch deep, in skillet. Place chicken, skin side down, in skillet.
Put larger meatier pieces in first.
Cook, uncovered, 15 to 25 minutes each side, turning once.
Drain well on absorbent paper.
Makes 4 servings.
