Fried Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. salt, dash of black pepper and chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut chicken into pieces; wash well.
Put a half inch of cooking fat in pan and let it get hot.
Place chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixture.
Flour real good.
Place chicken in fat. Keep turning until both sides are walnut brown.
Now cover pan and cook at slow heat 20 minutes.
