Fresh Vegetable Soup
Fresh Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 boneless chicken breast, 1 can chicken stock, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 5 c. water and 2 stalks celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine canned chicken stock, cream of chicken soup and 2 cups water; set aside.
Cook all other vegetables and chicken until very tender; cut in small pieces.
PurΓ©e all vegetables and chicken breast in blender.
Add pureed vegetables and chicken breast to stock.
Simmer on low flame 1/2 hour.
