Fresh Strawberry Pie
Fresh Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pt. strawberries, baked pie shell, 1 1/2 c. water, 3/4 c. sugar and 2 or 3 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut berries in halves; rinse and drain well.
Place in baked pie shell.
Boil water, sugar and cornstarch until thickened and clear, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add Jell-O.
Stir until dissolved.
Pour over berries and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
