Fresh Strawberry Pie
Fresh Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked pie shell, 1 small pkg. cream cheese, 1 qt. whole strawberries, 3/4 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bake a 9-inch pie shell and cool.
Line bottom of pie shell with cream cheese.
(Can use a little milk to soften cheese to spread.)
Fill shell with whole strawberries.
Boil sugar, cornstarch and water.
Add strawberry jello; cool and pour over strawberries.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
