Cut strawberries into pie shells until approximately 1/2 full.
Mix water, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook on medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add small box jello.
Pour over strawberries into pie shell.
Let completely cool until set.
Cover with Cool Whip and serve.
