Fresh Pear Cake
Fresh Pear Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. cooking oil, 2 eggs and 3 c. pears, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream sugar and oil; add eggs one at a time and beat well. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and add to sugar mixture.
Add vanilla, pears and pecans.
This will be a thick batter.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan or Bundt pan and bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve with whipped topping.
(You can substitute apples for pears.)
