Fresh Peach Pies
Fresh Peach Pies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. peach gelatin and 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine 1 cup sugar, water and cornstarch in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Mix cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in bowl.
Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of pie shells.
Arrange peach slices over top.
Spoon gelatin mixture over peaches.
Chill for several hours.
May be prepared, using graham cracker pie shells.
