Fresh Peach Pie
Fresh Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. water, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavored jello and 3 c. sliced peeled ripe peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In a saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth.
Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly and thickened.
Remove from the heat; stir in jello until dissolved. Cool.
Arrange peaches in cooled, baked crust.
Pour filling over peaches.
Chill until set, about 2 hours.
Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
