Fresh Peach Pie
Fresh Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, 2/3 c. salad oil and 3 tbsp. cold milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

To make crust, sift first 3 ingredients together.
Combine oil and milk; blend well.
Add to flour mixture and mix well.
Remove 2/3 cup mixture and set aside.
Press remainder on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan.
Toss together peaches, 1 cup sugar and cinnamon; turn into crust.
To reserved 2/3 cup flour mixture, add brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons butter.
Mix well.
Crumble this topping over peach filling.
Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake until filling is bubbly in center and topping is golden.
