Fresh Peach Pie
Fresh Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pie crust (unbaked), 1 scant c. sugar, 1/2 c. flour, 3 tbsp. butter and 7 fresh peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix the sugar, flour and butter to make streusel mixture. Sprinkle 4 tablespoons streusel mixture in bottom of pie crust. Peel and cut peaches in half.
Place, round side up, in pan. Sprinkle remainder of streusel on top; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
