Fresh Peach Cake
Fresh Peach Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed, 1 egg, 2 c. sifted flour and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter with brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg.
Sift flour with soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating until smooth after each addition.

Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
