Made with 2 tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil, 1 large onion, sliced or chopped, 5 or 6 cloves chopped garlic, 1 green bell pepper, cubed and 1 red bell pepper, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large frypan or Dutch oven sweat onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil.
Cook until onion is translucent.
Add peppers, tomatoes and jalapeño peppers.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with chips.
