Fresh Fruit Pizza
Fresh Fruit Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 1 recipe of sugar cookie dough or pillsbury frozen sugar cookie dough, thawed, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, 1 carton whipped topping, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Make cookie dough and spread on a 14-inch greased pizza pan and prick with a fork.
Then bake 15 minutes or until done.
Mix softened cream cheese, whipped topping, vanilla, and lemon juice Beat well.
Spread on bake cookie.
Then arrange fruit on top. Examples of fruit to use: strawberries, fresh pineapple, grapes, raspberries, blackberries, bananas, peaches, kiwi, or any fruit that you want or that is in season.
Use Fruit Fresh on bananas and peaches so they don't get brown.
