Fresh Fruit Dessert Pizza
Fresh Fruit Dessert Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 light flour tortillas, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat cream cheese, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. fresh orange juice and vegetable cooking spray, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth.
Prick tortillas with fork and place on a baking pan.
Spray with cooking spray and bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes.
Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture and arrange fruit on top.
Brush with preserves.
Serves 4.
