Fresh Fruit Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oats (quick or old-fashioned), uncooked, 1/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine oats, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients except fruit. Add fruit slices, tossing to coat.
Spoon into 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Top with oat mixture.
Bake 40 or 50 minutes or until fruit is tender.
Serves 9.
