Fresh Berry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. berries, washed and hulled (or peaches), 1 c. sugar, mixed with 4 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. powdered sugar and 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Crush 2 cups berries with sugar and cornstarch. Cook about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until thick, smooth clear.
Lemon juice and cool mixture thoroughly. Sprinkle powdered sugar over bottom of baked pie shell.
Place remaining berries in pie shell and cover with cooled mixture. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
