Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. chopped tart apples, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare apples and nuts.
Combine oil and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Sift together salt, soda, baking powder and flour.
Add gradually.
The batter will be too stiff to use electric mixer.

Pour into 2 deep 9-inch pans or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
The top will be crusty.
