Fresh Apple Cake
A rustic, oil-based snack cake packed with chopped fresh apples, pecans and a whisper of allspice. Moist, fragrant and homey enough for everyday but pretty enough for dessert.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix chopped apples with 1 cup sugar and let stand 30 minutes. Mix dry ingredients together; add apple mixture, oil and egg.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
