Blend oil with eggs.
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda and salt.
Add to oil mixture. Stir in apples and nuts. Squirt 3 tablespoons lemon juice over the top after putting in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Batter will be very thick.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
