Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 3 tbsp. baking powder, 1 tbsp. salt, 2 c. sugar and 1 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift flour, baking powder, 2 cups sugar and salt.
Combine with remaining ingredients (except cinnamon, 3/4 cup additional sugar and apples) in bowl; beat well until smooth.
Pour half of batter in greased tube pan.
Spread half of pared, sliced apples over batter.
Mix cinnamon and additional sugar; sprinkle half over apples.
Add remaining batter, apples and sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
Let cool before serving.
