In large mixing bowl, beat eggs; gradually add sugar.
Beat until creamy; add oil and blend well.
Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder together.
Gradually add to first mixture, beating well.
Fold in apples.
Pour into greased, floured tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes.
Do not open door while baking.
Good with or without icing.
