Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. wesson oil, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3 c. flour and 1 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together the oil and sugar.
Add remaining dry ingredients, alternating with buttermilk as needed.
Add vanilla, apples and pecans.
Mix well and pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300Β°. (Can use Pam spray.)
