Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 3 c. coarsely chopped cooking apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt.
Beat well.
Add apples and nuts.
Blend.
The mixture will be very thick.
Turn into greased 9-inch tube pan.
Bake in 325Β° oven for 45 minutes or until done when tested.
Blend lemon juice with xxx sugar until smooth.
Spread over warm cake.
