Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c oil, 2 c sugar, 2 large eggs, 1/2 c pecans and cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Peel and dice apples, set aside.
Put oil in mixing bowl. Add sugar and egg, beat until creamy.
Add small amount of flour to creamed mixture.
Beat well after each addition.
Batter will become very stiff.
Fold in pecans and apples.
Spread evenly in bottom of large square pan or tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 325Β°. Cool 15 minutes removing from the pan.
