In a mixing bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.
Fold in apples, nuts and raisins.
Spoon into a well-greased cake pan or a 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done.
Serves 16 to 20.
