Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix. Then add dry ingredients and mix. Then add apples and nuts. This makes a very stiff batter. Pour into Bundt pan. Spray with Pam or Crisco. I sprinkle with sugar so the cake will not stick. Bake about 1 hour at 325Β°.
