Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. wesson oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 1/4 c. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine oil, sugar and eggs together.
Add flour, salt, soda, baking soda, cinnamon and nuts, a little at a time.
Add vanilla and apples to batter.
Mix and pour into a floured and greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top as cake is taken out of oven (optional).
